Eric Joop

Eric is one of our personal trainers. He graduated from Eureka College with a bachelor’s degree in Fitness Leadership and a minor in history. Eric is your early AM wakeup call. His class “Joop Start AM” is a heart pounding cardio and circuit class. Joop is available for personal training sessions by appointment. He is especially helpful with sports athletes. He is involved with coaching, and currently the assistant football coach at Eureka High School, a seventh grade coach at Fieldcrest East Middle School in Wenona. Eric is also the assistant baseball coach for the Eureka College men’s baseball team. Eric also has a Teaching Degree from Eureka College, he currently teaching..

Jennifer Martin (classes on hold for summer break )

Jennifer is our motion director in the early AM step class. She has a solid reputation for results. Jennifer has taught at Eureka Hospital step classes as well as coached with the Eureka High School Cheerleaders (past).

Jennifer is currently the instructor for classes for intermediate to advanced steppers. Expect to use weights and bands. She will also be directing a Pilates adventure. Check in at the desk to get in “Martin Motion”. Sign up for classes with Jennifer at the front desk.

Bonnie Boucher

Bonnie leads the "Afternoon Step D-Lites Class" on Monday and Thursday at 5:30 PM. Bonnie has been an active stepper for the past 12 years. She feels everyone needs to find their own specialty when it comes to keeping in shape and health. A self motivated person, she was a student of Jennifer Martin and then moved on to instrutor.She has taught at Eureka Hospital and welcomes former steppers to join her here in Eureka.

Her step class is considered a full body workout. Along with a strong emphasis in cardio, she also incorporates toning, strenghthing, and flexibility into the step class. Her classes take the particpants ability and level into consideration. "You get results when you put your wholebody into the workout" says Bonnie. High energy and a fun atmosphere will help to spur YOU on. Come by and see what is happening at the"Afternoon Step D-Lites Class" you won't be disappointed! Bill Casey

Bill is our lifstyle coach and Gym Manager. Accountablity is one of the most important parts of personal growth. Bill is available to helpYOU keep on course. Bill can help you coordinate your workout and mea lplanning, encouraging YOU to keep on task and goal orientated. Life.Style Coaching packages are availble. Schedule at the desk for Coaching (per hour)and Life Style Interview (initial 1.5 hr@ $35 includes meal planning access code)
